Shipping

• I accept international orders. I do combine shipping.
•  Normally it will take about 2-7 weeks (normally 3 weeks, though it can be 1-2 weeks late depends on location) for oversea customer and 1-2 weeks for Australia resident for the items to arrive at your place after I confirmed shipment and 1-2 days of dispatch. You can choose different method shipping if you want to have tracking code or want your order to arrive faster.
•  If you haven't reciveved your items after the waiting time, please contact me so we can disscuss about this.
• Every order is packed in padded enveloped.

Returns and exchange details

•  Please contact me before returning any items. They must be returned in their original condition and unused. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your items for a refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Your refund will only be sent once I safely receive the returned items.
• I always parcel items for delivery carefully. If, however, an item is delivered broken, I will require photos of the damaged item before a refund can be given.
